Our Custom Electrostatic furnace filters, permanent, provides over 94.7% Arresting in a premium quality
Extruded Aluminum, Gold Anodized frame with a durable and attractive
finish. At the heart of these electrostatic furnace filters are three layers of high
arresting material sandwiched between 2 layers of expanded
metal. A special Impregnated black Polypropylene has an EPA registered anti-microbial material to inhibit mold and bacteria growth while the center non-woven layer retains debris in a maze of fibers
designed to maximize flow even when soiled. Our electrostatic furnace AC/Filters rated by independent Testing laboratory at over 94.7% peak arresting, these electrostatic furnace
filters have 10 times the arresting of a disposable fiberglass furnace filters.

I’ve been on an air filter quest for the past 6 months. After experiencing the pros and cons of the three filters I tried, these are the results: The throwaway filter, if lucky will only protect your coils and provide no protection for the occupants in the house, I tried a pleated filter only find that it constricted the air flow and costs was also a consideration, the filter I purchased had an initial resistance of .50 and an annual cost of $719.40, that’s if you change the filter every month. Your filter offered the best all around results; one time cost $ 79.00, had an initial resistance of .12 and all I had to do was back wash it with a garden hose once every 2.5 months. To place the icing on this find, I save $14,388.00 in a 20-year period and your filters are very effective in dust collection! Ira P. Texas
